We want you to love your purchase from Diane Tu Getit! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order.
• Large orders consisting of 10 or more like items.

How to Start a Return:
Please use our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
