Leave the the personalization you want on the design during checkout in the section marked "Special Instructions to Seller" in your shopping cart. Credentials/titles WILL NOT be added automatically even if it's shown in the listing photo.

The only text that will be added to the design on personalized items is what you leave in the section "Special Instructions to Seller." If nothing is left then the order will be cancelled.
